These custom width queen size bed slats are specifically designed for antique beds, vintage bed frames, and unique-size beds that often cannot use standard replacement slat systems.
Many older bed frames were built with dimensions that differ from today’s standard sizes. Because of this, finding properly fitting replacement slats can be difficult. Each set is custom cut to your measurements, helping provide the support your bed frame was originally designed to have.
These slats lay directly on your bed frame underneath your box spring and mattress and are connected to help keep the boards properly positioned during use.
Please note: These slats are designed to support a box spring and mattress combination. They are not intended to serve as the sole support system for a mattress without a box spring.
Unlike mass-produced slats, our products are made using premium #2 grade pine sourced from high-quality mills, not big box suppliers. Every board is carefully selected, kiln-dried, and smoothly finished with eased edges to reduce splinters and help protect your sleep system.

How to Measure
Please measure the inside width of your bed frame at three locations: the head, middle, and foot. This helps ensure the most accurate fit, especially for older or non-standard bed frames.
When measuring, allow approximately 1/4″ of clearance on each side so the slats can fit properly without binding against the frame. For example, if your inside frame width measures 61″, subtract 1/2″ total (1/4″ from each side) and order slats that are 60 1/2″ wide.
