Do you have an antique or a unique size bed? These king size, custom width bed slats will provide extra support for your sleeping needs! These are made for mattress only beds but can be used for mattress and boxspring also. These boards are 2.5″ apart made of premium boards with sanded edges.

Our wood is 100 percent renewable (please see our sustainability section), made with #2 premium pine. The boards are very smooth, have eased edges, and absolutely no chemicals whatsoever in any part of the manufacturing process. They are a great replacement alternative for any currently broken or damaged slats you may have. Non toxic to people and animals.

They will provide a firm foundation with the slat boards approximately 2.5″ or less apart and can be used on antique King Beds.

Just measure the width of your bed frame, in three spots, the head/middle/foot, prior to purchasing your slats. Allow 1/8″ play on either side of the bed frame when measuring. They lay on your bed frame, underneath your box spring and mattress, or just a mattress, and are held together by straps to help keep the slats in position.

Yes, we fabricate every slat system for our customer from scratch — and there’s a reason we do this. We found that the bed slats available in the commercial market often fall short, both in terms of proper sizing and overall quality. We believe we’ve solved both problems.

The money you spend does not reflect that these are handmade only, but it reflects the premium materials used, even down to the staples, and the craftsmanship applied making them.
To solve the quality issue of twisted, rough, poorly assembled slat sets, we don’t buy our lumber from the big box outlets because they don’t have the premium quality lumber available at any that we have found. Our lumber is #2 premium grade pine that is free from chemicals completely, (none from beginning to end and non-toxic for babies and pets), and come with a smooth finish because mattresses are an investment.
