These specialty wood bed slats are designed to create a firm, near-solid platform foundation for specialty sleep beds and many other mattress types that require stronger, more continuous support.

Unlike traditional slat systems with spacing between boards, this system is designed to create an almost solid surface with minimal gaps. The slats arrive as one assembled unit held together with webbing, along with additional single boards that are placed in between each slat during setup. Once assembled, the result is a strong, supportive platform with only very small spacing between boards.

This design provides enhanced support for mattresses that perform best on a more continuous surface and may help reduce sagging or uneven wear over time.

The slats can be used directly on your bed frame or placed between your mattress and box spring, making them a flexible support solution for many sleep systems.

Each set is custom cut to fit your specific bed or mattress dimensions, helping ensure a better fit than standard aftermarket products. For the most accurate sizing, we recommend measuring the width at the top, middle, and bottom of your frame or mattress area and allowing approximately 1/8″ of clearance on each side for proper fit.

Standard length is approximately 78 inches.
